ANIMAHYBRID

Every split,
explained.

Type in your finish time. ANIMA HYBRID tells you where the time actually went — station by station, against real athletes in your own division, gender and age group. Built for hybrid fitness races with 8 runs and 8 workout stations.

Free: every race, your percentile, the full eight-station analysis, your spoken debrief and unlimited Race Cards. Pro is the plan that comes out of it — £7.99 a month or £59.99 a year, or twelve weeks for £24.99. No account needed to start.

The ANIMA HYBRID race report, showing time lost per station

Three things, done properly

Under a minute in. A diagnosis out.

A race in 7 taps

Big numeric pads, typed like a stopwatch, auto-advancing between splits, and paste-from-results for all seventeen numbers at once. Finish time only still gives you a percentile and a card.

The Race Report

Your percentile, every station against your bracket sorted by biggest loss, how much your running faded across the eight kilometres, your transition time, and your projected finish if you fixed your worst two stations.

Numbers you can check

Every benchmark shows the sample size behind it, and anything extrapolated rather than measured is labelled estimated. Tap any number to see where it came from.

New in 2.0

One rating. One ghost. One squad. One workout a week.

The Anima Performance Rating

One number from 0 to 1000, built from a DOTS coefficient on your squat, bench and deadlift, a VO₂max estimate off a 5 km, 10 km, Cooper test or 2 km row, and your hybrid race. Age and sex graded, with the breakdown on screen and one line telling you what would move it most. Every formula is named with its published source.

Ghost challenges

Race your own last attempt, a friend’s, or a target pace. The gap shows in seconds while you go, and afterwards you see which segment it opened in. A ghost travels inside its share code, so a friend’s attempt arrives as a string in a message and races offline.

Squads and the Anima Open

Five people, one code, one workout a week and one board — plus kind accountability nudges you can switch off. The Anima Open is a new workout every week for everybody at once, with a global and a squad board. Both are free, and both stay free.

Readiness, and a plan that listens

Resting heart rate, sleep, soreness and yesterday’s load in; a readiness score out. The plan then cuts the volume, swaps the hard session for technique work, or lets you push — and tells you exactly what it changed, with one tap to overrule it.

Load and soreness

Your acute:chronic workload ratio, a spike detector for the one big day inside a calm week, and a soreness pattern check, with prehab work to do instead. Guidance, not medical advice — it cannot examine you, it never diagnoses anything, and pain means seeing a professional.

Levels that mean something

Five stats — Strength, Engine, Power, Skill, Durability — that rise only from sessions you actually logged. A radar of your shape, an archetype that describes rather than ranks, and a shareable athlete card.

Doubles

About half the field races in pairs. Nothing plans the split.

One link, two athletes

Send your partner a link. You both attach to the same race and both get the same card, with both names on it.

Who does which reps

The split is worked out from each of your own station times, in the units you actually use — 55 wall balls to one of you, 45 to the other — with a combined projection for the next race.

Worded kindly

"Ada carried this one — and Bo let them." It is a joke between partners, never an insult, because a card nobody posts is worthless.

For gyms

A board on the TV, and a reason to come on Tuesday.

£49–99

per month, by invoice

A code your members enter once, a leaderboard for races and simulations, a full-screen TV page, and sim nights. First 90 days free for launch partners.

No admin

No member accounts to manage. A code, a members list with display names only, and a board that fills in live as phones finish.
